Ridicilous things used to happend to me 3rd time in a month.
Football:
I see my balance (on profit) then markets gets suspended- eveything fine and market reopens and i see that I lost! some bet has been voided.
Called the customer service- the say that if yuo place a bet after 8 seconds when the goal was scored we void the bets.
Its seems tjat we have something new here.

Part of my bet - 400 was matched at 19:02:08 250
and part 150 at 19:02:13
why the whole gets voided then????

And the reason for this rule is clear- betfair have their owan bets on market-BOTS and they dont want to be taken if someone make a mistake suspending market later than usual. -800 :)

CAlled them again. Goal scored: 19:02:06
My bet placed 19:02:08 and 19:02:13
He says(phone operator) if bet is placed after the goal than bets are voided. Im here many years but I hear about that firts time. Massive- I do have a bet reference etc, but its voided :)

ITS A DISGRACE. YOU HAVE A BET MATCHED THEN MARKET SUSPENDS BECOURSE A GOAL IS SCORED,THEN YOUR BET IS VOIDED,PERHAPS THEY SHOULD USE 18 SECOND DELAY.

Do they have a place where can I check the exact time of the goal or its going to be a lottery which bets will be voided. How will I know that Im not being cheated.
Few month ago: When Dortmund played. Dortmund scored a goal. Market reopend. I placed a bet in favour of Dortmund then... goal dissalowed(!) then. My bets were valid- has not been voided! So where is the fair?!
