Just want others opinions here, contacted CS but still waiting on the outcome,

Put a £100 lay of Liverpool against Stoke pre KO for 1.51, selected 'keep' when market goes in play as was trading at 1.52/1.53  5 minutes into the game Liverpool were trading at 1.55 and the first goal was scored. market suspended, refreshing the screen my bet had not been accepted - happy days I thought.

Market reopened, and suddenly my bet has been matched.

This should have been cancelled/voided surely.

Spoke to customer services and they said my bet was matched 9 seconds after the 'goal suspend' so how does that work?

Angling Times letter of the week stuff,
the keep option stops the bet from getting cancelled at any suspend,
would have been hoovered up quickly at 0-1
you should have cancelled it yourself at the suspend

I believe that's correct. Keep option means it will be also kept after a goal.

beestonman and Darlo Bantam are 100% correct.

Take a look at section 11 (Keep Bets) in the Rules and Regulations.  The last bullet point says:

"For the avoidance of doubt this means that (for example) when a Material Event occurs in a soccer match and other unmatched bets are cancelled before the market is reopened, a keep bet will not be cancelled."
