I was watching the darts last  was night and Wayne Mardle said 'This is the first time that Phil Taylor has been odds on to win the PDC title'. I tweeted him saying  that he's wrong. He replied by saying I
was wrong. I'm a long in the tooth punter and I'm pretty sure that he was 1/2 or even shorter for some of the titles between 1997 & 2006. Does anybody know where I can source the info' to prove my point with Mardle. Thanks for any info

Someone help please. The way Mardle dismissed my suggestion was so annoying. I know I'm right but I'm at a loss as to where I can source the proof

If you get the edition of the Racing Post where they previewed this year's WC they may well have printed the reaults of past WCs and the odds of the winners and runners up
