Both Teams to score Multiples

Why can't you add certain games to multiple bets, on exchange I am trying to add Everton v Stoke, Doncaster v QPR and Albion Rovers v Motherwell as a both teams to score multiple....Everton and Albion games not showing up on multiples betslip.

So thought I'd do it on the sportsbook instead and that doesn't even have the option of Albion v Motherwell to both score.

My main gripe is the exchange bets though, if the bets are available as singles why can't they be added to Multiple slip???
