General Betting

Yesterday i tried to put funds into my account. I made two attempts and both times i received rejection. This morning i checked my bank statement and found that my accouint had been deducted in favour of Betfair. Needless to say no money has arrived in my account, and there has been no reply to two emails i have sent. What a surprise that is! I think it is getting high time to move out of thiss organisation and into the other one.

Try ringing them. Or if you are averse to that, then report your problem to their twitter account; you will get a quicker response.

I wouldn't panic.
Isn't it normal for there to be a delay between the transaction taking place at the bank and the funds going into the Betfair account? I use BPay and it can take a day or two for the money to show up. |

It turns out the bank refused (blocking BF now maube) but it still showed up as a payment to BF on my account. Will be on to the bank today. What a pest tho as it is a call from the far east!
