In business would you operate that way?

Mentally you are beat before you start.

You do appear to have some ability with horse racing in Britain, but "selectivity" is lacking, and staking.

I see nothing "wrong" in taking on all race types in Britain to start learning what you are "good" at, and where your edge works best. My guess is that it takes about 3 years of that before you have enough information analysed in depth before you have a clearer view on how to approach your betting. However, you can still muck it all up by not changing your approach to betting, and STAKING is one area where it is essential to control......otherwise all your knowledge gleaned over 3 years will not be best used.

However, there are no signs you are learning from previous "challenges", it is unlikely you will succeed .

Why not use this thread to set out :-

1. Where you have gone "wrong" in past threads............should be a fair sized list!
2. Review your life habits that clearly can impact on your chances of success.....and then change
habits.
3. Analyse all your bets to see/confirm you do have "edge/s"....which I am sure you do....and
bin the areas you MUST avoid to achieve good ROI.

etc etc etc

As you rarely post bets prior to doing them, then how can anyone target you to grab some money off you?

The only "challenge" is you recognising that metamorphoses is required before you move forward. The "challenge" is with yersel.................and nobody else.

Hoping you learn from the many past "mistakes" and stop betting for FUN, as such an approach shows lack of being committed to achieving your goal.

Your "last challenge" is not this one....but with yersel !!!!! GL with that one

Yep I know DFC .... I personally think I have the capability/judgement (in placing the bets) just not the constant focus and control required .... either that or I get sick of playing in a controlled way and go off on a tangent ...

.... you never know I may do it this time. One thing I will be doing is taking some more "green" in certain markets I am not too polished in.

Many bets are done ip or just before the off (I watch markets as well as have certain factors I look at) .... remember that with Horse racing I look at them as "Athletes" ... yep seriously

. I do still post up Knight Commander's thread so people can take me on there .... however if I get going with this challenge I will post up more on here ....

I will also be attempting to be more selective and relaxed about spending time away from BF .... gee I may even go on holidays soon

I'll wish you luck as usual undern, but the nagging doubt about your ability to fight your chasing demons, tells me that this, like so many of your threads, has little if any chance of succeeding.
You need to be seen to be a winner for some reason and you admit that the money means nothing to you, so mentally your attitude for undertaking an exercise of this kind is completely wrong.
You also admit to getting bored, consequently your concentration is not at the level it needs to be at all times, another major fault, for anyone seriously attempting the task at hand.

In your own mind you must have a fair idea of what your strengths and weakness's are, so why can you not discipline yourself and restrict yourself to only playing those relevant markets...?
Making the error once is expected, twice is accepted, but after that it comes down to you refusing to accept what everyone else can see clear as day, your ego needs to be brought into check.
More often than not you aim to make big gains, that is just not possible on a daily basis unless you have infinite luck or inside information, an increase can be sustained quite easily from a bank of 5k but even as typing I know you will not entertain that approach as it will not get your adrenalin pumping.

So lets just see how many days it takes this time for you to implode, I'll be more than happy for you to prove me wrong of course.

Been a good morning ... mainly betting on the greyhounds (Aussie mostly) ... principally worked with an amount around £250 and was able to make over £800 profit.

Now here is the tricky part - knowing when to back off with the betting or continue with a nice run .... I tend to work from the "odd amounts" ie: Bank is now up to £7135 .... so might look to keep going using the £135 ...

I do like (like I did this morning) bet in order to have a successful run of results (accumulating profits) as opposed to strict liabilities/win amounts each and every race I bet on ....

Knowing what to do after a good run is equally as hard as dealing with what to do after some losses ....

Challenge Update:

Started very well .... then went down hill from there including a giant loss in a greyhound UK race and ended up doing some "lump" betting on some football matches .... up nicely but then a couple of USA racing hits late at night reduced the profits. Put on an overnight bet in the Baseball ... which also lost so back down to £6500. Noticed this morning that Aussie market volumes vary wildly from day to day so sometimes don't get involved as much ....

As I alluded to in my second post on this thread .... have just come back from a lovely week away in Crete. Fab time with great weather, food and entertainment ... 18th October was a poor day and went backwards and didn't have time to update .... while on hols did only a few bets (a couple of days did only one bet) each day (mainly laying the non-Premier League team in the Champ/UEFA matches) as wifi was very poor and for a while I thought was being blocked from playing through my zoombet app on the phone. Played more late this arvo and some tonight (while catching up with emails) ....

So yes I am still in the challenge ... will update fully when I get the chance (out most of tomorrow) .... and will do updates day by day so you can all see how I got on.

Well it started with a late night attempt to grab some money in the River Plate game where I lost £1K .... big loss in the Aussie one day match ... and notable 4 big losses in a row on the greyhounds .... ended betting some big numbers on the horse racing .... taking on some low odds favs helped but certainly could have sunk me big time ..... lucky to get out of it with a profit. Funny how yesterday I was so pleased about not betting on tennis or footy only to find myself today (fortunately being on the rightside) of another goal in the Aussie footy earlier when the heavy home fav went 0-1 down and Fed just then in the tennis ....

A big loss in one of the UK races when I layed the 20/1 outsider around 3.0's ir to get a trade but it ended up winning hence I lost a bundle ....

After a great day .... with nice profits I set out to reverse it all with some bets while watching the TV .... loss on Barney in the darts started it off, then a loss on footy I was watching, then jumped back on the computer and bet no more goals in some footy game (for a large amount) only to see another goal go in with 10mins to go ..... and then having lost all of todays profits decided to lump (£500) a lay on the heavy fav in the Hawthorn 23.40 race ... layed at 1.44 avg thinking ..... watched the race and slowly but surely the fav was catching the front runner down the home straight only to see the 1 horse dashing late on the outside to take the race .... and hence clawing back £1.1K and restoring my lost profits from today ...... a lesson learned or simply ****g lucky

Challenge Update:

I think my previous posts set the scene .... came back okay in a fairly controlled way (well minimised the days loss anyway) but then set about trying to go in too hard in a UK race and then felt the need to chase on heavy favs lays in the USA racing .... lost on two but then got back up big time on the 3rd fav I took on .... then decided to bet on the evening tennis match which didn't work out well either .... only good like I mentioned was the win on Wawrinka in the earlier match. Challenge over .... I think I broke the bank (almost embarrassed to say I layed 6 greyhound races in a row
