If you have a bet that is Roi of 0 for the win part but +20% for the place part - what is the optimal staking?
eg 2/1 a place (with 20% roi) from a bankroll of 100 units would be a bet of 10 units - but to put 10 units on the win at 10-1 would obviously be huge overstaking.
