Most inexpensive withdrawal method

What is the most inexpensive way of withdrawing from Betfair to a (Norwegian) bank account? I can not withdraw directly from Betfair to bank account or credit/debit card as this is against Norwegian legislation, so I have to use a third party solution. I have earlier used Moneybookers, but I recently got an e-mail from them saying that they will soon significantly increase their fees.
