Is there a way to use betfair in Spain on laptop?

Only if you download and pay for a VPN.

It's not expensive, something like $ 10 - 15 for a month.

I've used hidemyass.com and it worked fine.

There are some free ones out there that you can use but they will slow your system down to 'dial up' speed.

I used hidemyass a few weeks ago & even though i got into my a/c i still found it impossible to place a bet,had to use phone.

i used  gotomypc 4 or 5 years ago and it worked perfectly is teamviewer a better option now ?

gotomypc might be expensive for some people.
