This would be quite a long term bet of course with a time limit of two years. Once this guy has finally arrived where ever he is going, the CIA will pinpoint his place of residence. They have everything needed to do what ever they want with him eventually, should they so wish. What odds he won't survive two years? I would certainly not like to be in his shoes. This might open up an interesting debate...maybe!
