Buy 4 FOBTs, put a few cartoon dogs/horses on the screens. Don't pay for any live feeds, why bother. Minimum wage single member of staff instructed to refuse anything larger than £10, 'SP only' to save the bother of pricing up anything. Easy money!

SIS - £20k/year
Turf TV - £6k/year
Papers - £1.5k/year
Epos Till feed + coupons - £2k/year
Rent + Rates - £10k-£50k (depending on location and size)
Staff - £35k - £10k (depending on working it yourself or not)
GC Fees - £2k
Bills (Water, Gas, etc) - £4k
Decent shop fit - £20k
You can either rent or buy FOBTs, rent will set you back £15k/year for 4 machines or around £6k to buy each one with a monthly fee.

You would be better off trying to find an existing bookmaker for some sort of partnership. Save on GC fees, more bargaining power with till feed/fobt provider, less hedging needed.
