Keep waiting...

I am still waiting for a reply to a message that I sent 8 days ago.

I have tried phoning, but you just get left on hold for ages. I imagine that being on hold for 8 days could get expensive.

They clearly do not care about customers, and that will end up costing them big time.

They care about shareholders, and thank the lord that I am not one of them.

They have turned into a vile greed obsessed company that care for nothing except squeezing every last penny out of every customer they have left. Lets hope they get taken over as soon as possible as whoever runs it in the future could surely do it no worse than the current lot of jokers.

If your supermarket price checks and promises to refund the difference if your shop is cheaper elsewhere ask to pay for every item separately (except your 2 for 1 offers and such like)   Laugh

I think they've drastically cut the staff that deal with customer queries. I requested my annual accounts (which normally arrive the next day) and had to wait a week, then they sent only half the info requested, so am still waiting.

big balls  -  it is very unlikely they will reply.  I have emailed them a few times recently about setting up markets and have never once had a response so I have just given up.

The customer has evidently been well down bf's priority list for a while now. They forgot who we were years ago. I'm not sure they even know what business they're in.

To be fair if you had a problem with your bank or BT you wouldn't send them an email, you would ring up them up.  Never understood why people send emails.  Always best to ring up.  The only point in sending an email is if you need a record of the correspondence along the lines of "Further to my telephone call..

The likes of Setanta and the Racing Channel never even used to answer the phones lol.  Tip.. in such instances change the final digit.  Often firms have consecutive phone numbers as direct extensions.

I've always found that having live chat is something all sites in this area should have. I have never understood why b365 and many other betting sites don't have live chat. Live chat is such an easy thing to implement, and it solves so many problems. B365s and Paddypowers live chat is second to none.

Should read...
Thank you for contacting the Betfair Helpdesk. We are writing to confirm receipt of your e-mail.
Due to our ongoing fixation with boosting short term profits to bolster the share price amid takeover talk, we have completely forgotten how to run a business and you may be subject to a lengthy delay before receiving a response to your e-mail.

I finally got a reply today, to an e mail that I sent 12 days ago..

A pointless reply, as the subject matter had expired over a week ago.

They did say sorry for the delay, though...  Which was very nice of them..

Dreadful service, which is one of the reasons I do less and less with this bunch of clowns.

I really do question what their agenda is.
