Say I have a formula in a cell, for example
= a12-b41-c20+d18-e20+f15  and I wish to change the formula to = a12-b41-c150+d18-e150+f15.
That is I require just the c20 and the e20 to change to c150 and e150.
Now obviously I can go into the formula and make the changes individually, but is there any shortcut where I can just put the number 150 in another cell to effect the above changes. Note I don't wish to change the preface c or e, just the number involved in each case.
Sometimes these formulae are extremely long and have many references to  many numbers  and it becomes very time consuming and error prone to have to go and make the changes individually.
Hope I am making myself clear.
I'm finding it quite difficult to put all this in simple words of explanation.
