been a while since they had one of those quarterly live chats as well.

They're like a dog that knows it's done wrong and won't make eye contact with you, but you're fully aware anyway that they keep doing great big steaming sh*ts in your living room :)

Thing is if a bank website goes down at 2am for 30 minutes to do some servicing you'd just live with it, and you wouldn't lose anything.

If BF go down for 15 minutes unannounced at just the wrong time, it will cost some people (maybe not you .. this time) signicant amounts of money.

Hell even 3-5 minutes can be enough.

Betfair are very reliable when it comes to the Wednesday premium charge grab.You can be 100% sure they
will move this cash from your account even if it puts you to a negative balance.The 2nd most reliable thing they
do is send out e-mails to all those people who have gone into negative balance due to the Wednesday lunchtime  premium charge grab.
