Have had to do this a few times. Takes seconds to do a trace. Get PP to email you a screenshot or details of the transfer. Most likely you will spot the mistake there (wrong bank code or account no.) but if not your bank can do a trace with those details.
Hindsight is easy but I'd wait till a transfer worked before doing a second one :) Hope this helps. |

Make sure you get to talk to the right person is the most important thing. Don't let them tell you "I will raise this and someone will get back to you" . PP need to prove the funds have been transferred. Ask for someone in PP payment team. Same with dealing with your bank , ask for someone who can do a trace .
