BF Exchange in Croatia legal?

I have e-mailed BF but would be massively relieved to get an answer in the meantime.

Is the BF exchange still open in Croatia given that most other European countries have killed it?

hm... we are lucky for now that our goverment don't submit so much attention to that till they have some much important issues, certainly there are posibilites that it will block betfair some day but I'm prepared then to leave from here and go somewhere else where is legal and available. As i see Bosnia has blocked it, Serbia has for now delayed that, so some goverment in neighborhood are talking about that and making some moves and the question is when ours is gonna start to pay attention, if we don't repair our state here they will start to look for money in this area too, that i'm afraid, but more concern me a future about bet exchange system and betfair as i read what people talking...

bosnia has did it!! after the public pressure they have abolished ban. 5 days ago they have decide to ban all online gamblers and it just took 3 days to back off by the pressure from people, and the people succeeded!! :)
