Now for some reason this option has being changed, on my phone I had a bet on the darts I went to hit the "my bets button" it hits the cash out button and it wasn't matched i'm looking for anyway to get out of this bet frantically it doesn't work it gets matched and i'm minus 77e whatever happens

When did they get rid of the screen that asked if you wanted to cash and says "take cash out" for the amount and you can continue or cancel this way it's like having a giant red button on your page

I wouldn't use the cash out it gives you a much less "take now" value than if you green/trade out manually.

@YOMO - doesn't actually - shows you a much lower value 'cos it's calculating a couple of price points off best, but if you look at the bets it places for you, best execution will give you the same as doing it yourself.

This isn't actually always true, I am currently looking at a game where if i click on Cash out it would give me £5.44 but if i did it myself manually I could trade out for about £6.13.

Interestingly if i did cash out on the old site then it offers me a profit of £0. So if you are going to cash out then at least do it through the new website.

^^ what he means is if you actually press cash out it will likely give you around £6.13 instead of £5.44 even though it doesn't say it, try it out if you want

Agreed, it will grab the best odds it can to close your bet but of course if you are in play there is no telling what it may actually give you at the time of execution
