betfair Multiples to be replaced by Betfair fixed odds multiples

a nice gentleman rung me yesterday from Betfair to tell me about an offer they have on.......during conversation one of my queries was when are we going to be able to place multiples using mobile or ipad on horse racing , his reply was don't worry about that, mulitples as we know them now are to be replaced by Betfair fixed odds multiples, which because of the poor fixed odds Betfair give currently I said I would not be using Betfair no more, another case of Betfair acting as Bookmakers .....any thoughts guys
