Has everyone noticed how the markets, in football, are all getting suspended when a goal has been scored, loads more quickly than what was the case around 2 months ago??
2 months ago, the ball would cross the goal line on tv and then or maybe a second or 2 after the market would suspend. Recently, the market is suspending before the tv pictures show the ball crossing the goal line.

The suspensions are more in line with the radio commentary now which defo wasn't the case not so long back!!! Wonder why thishas only just started to happen?!

basically the feed you are watching is slower than the feed used by the suspend guy

I understand that. Was just pointing out that either the tv feeds have slowed down/gone further behind 'live' than what they were a couple of months ago or the suspend guy is using a quicker feed than what he used to, i.e the radio.

Because as i said, the timing of the markets been suspended when a goal is scored, has considerably improved imo.

i agree that the suspends have been bang on, the last few weeks, which is how it should be, i thought after the chelsea/swansea game at 5 secs, all games would go back to 5. but not the case with the qpr/spurs game back to 8. i find i have a lot more bets at 5 secs rather than 8.
is this the same with everyone else? makes inrunning so much more fun to play. imo

I would rather have 20 seconds than to see hoovering.

yes, definite hoovering on 2nd goal. correct score also affected.

Was a very slow suspend, several seconds after the goal was scored (goal was not clear).

Coner, i too, much prefer 5 seconds to 8 seconds but like angry said, not if this makes hoovering much more possible/likely. Wouldn't be a problem though if the suspends were as bang on as they have been recently, in general.
