I'm looking for a simple auto refresher where you can adjust the refresh time.
I don't need any fancy ladders or one click betting etc.
Can anyone recommend one?

Gruss have a free one. I seem to remember it works on chrome

i am in aus and the auto refresh works with ie and chrome..its free
but i bung em a tenner...cos its worth 100's to me
