Despite many years of talking about it, why are the govt so enthusiastic about this point of consumption tax on offshore bookmakers, yet let multi billion pound businesses free to pay whatever tax they like (mostly zilch) if they are based offshore? -  Personally I dont think they've got a cat in hells chance of succeeding

Also what type of hypocrit is that Topping fella -  when he calls for others to pay taxes (ie those on here), when he does all he can to not pay what he rightfully should
