I placed £250 at 1.8 on Zagreb after the 1st overtime in euroleague Zagris vs Zagreb. 4 hours after the match finished, I was told that the winning bet was voided because the market should not have been offered in an European basketball match duing overtime. The bet was placed during the interval between 1st and 2nd overtimes. Just curious, any guys here have their lost bet with them voided by these stealers?

In the past they voided my friend's winning bet, because they "messed up" their 2-way market prices of 1.7 and 2, which they claimed should have been 2 and 1.7. They just voided the winning bet straight away instead of settling at the "correct" price!

Yup, they do this. Stay away from 'ricks' down at Victor. Keep the money if it loses, void if it wins.

Disgusting.

surely this allows for malpractice? deliberately over price a match in full knowledge they will keep losing bets but claim palpable error otherwise

So much for the "gentleman bookie". What a disgrace.

a disgusting firm

have managed to get another account with them in last few months

3 winning bets had been settled as losers

upon contacting live chat they were resolved as winners within minutes

apparently they would have been rectified manually yeah right victor

I was thinking the next time I see one of these apparent mistakes, to ring the call centre and get them to tell me if it's a legitimate price or not. I will record the call and see what happens. I will happily do this for every 'mistake' I see and then they won't have a leg to stand on.

It's pointless backing it until you know exactly what their game is because it's far too risky.
