Time again for me to instill some discipline into my gambling, lack of has always been my downfall.
After another 6months trialing systems/methods i`ve devised i have come across one for the long term (hopefully)
I`m wanting to have an extension built at home and need another 10k, so here goes.
I`ll be starting off with £111, backing 2/3 per day (win only) possibly place, see how it goes.
I won`t be posting the selections, just my profit/loss. Fed up with winning a couple of hundred, the odd occasion 2k then going wild and blowing it all.
The system is simple really. Anyone else who fancies running with me join in.

Cheers dl, hopefully won`t need too much. Trialed over 3/4 month period, early signs are positive.
Starting stake will be £5 win for the next month or so, if the bank grows then so shall the stakes.
Cheers DFC, only had a small bet myself. Always like to add a few points for the team after a couple of losers.

First one unplaced - second one came second, took 12`s on here. Third and last horse later at Wolves.
Good luck, of course if you don't have an edge you can be the most diciplined person in the world and still lose.

I feel there`s an edge, many i back on here come down in price and sp is beaten easily.
