Hot on the news of six Italian scientists and a civil servant being found guilty of manslaughter, and given sentences of 6 years in jail, for failing to accurately forecast an earthquake which subsequently killed 300 people, comes the news that charges are being considered against six racing tipsters for falsely claiming certainty with their tips published in newspapers and on TV.
Speculation is rife over who will be charged.
