General Betting

On Betfair's Home page when I click on "Developers Program" at the bottom of the page then click on "Sports API Reference Guide(PDF) nothing happens and it says "there is a problem with this site's security certificate". I have tried someone elses computer with different ISP and the same message is happening. What's happening Betfair??

Their security certificate, which is meant to 'prove' that the site is provided by Betfair, expired. The certificate has a 'use by' date of 3rd October. Someone at Betfair forgot to renew it and so your web browser is warning you that the site isn't right.
