betfair fixed odds

tried to get £200 on a 4/5 shot last week and was restricted to £120.....so doubt they would entertain anywhere near £10k. Doesnt impinge on pc from what I understand.

TC, do you remember what the overround was?
It could be interesting to know how the fixed betfair odds are going to look like.

teo- sorry, didnt take much notice of the overround....the main problem with the fixed odds is that it requires you to switch to the beta site which I hate with a passion so I never linger very long over there.

Looks dead in the water----example 6.8 available single bet--put in a fixed odds bet is slashed to 5.5--happens right across all the odds--won't worry the BOG bookies

They don't seem too bad TBH. Currently five tiny arbs available for anyone wishing to find their staking limits:

2:30 Ascot - Arrigo 34 (can lay at 32)
3:15 Gowran Park - Liberty Counsel 13 (can lay at 12)
3:45 Redcar - Pure Excellence 25 (can lay at 24)
5:25 Redcar - Bronze Beau 15 (can lay at 14.5)
6:20 Wolverhampton - Attenshun 7 (can lay at 7.4)

At the moment, 57 of their 527 quoted prices are better than the exchange odds (with a 5% commission), and 120 are if you ignore commission.

Mr Magoo wouldnt you be risking them getting in touch with you ?

It will be interesting to see how quickly Betfair limit accounts...

I was just a little surprised to see any arbs lying around, I expected there to be lots of quickly-adjusted prices.
