Scorecast with vc dispute

Hi, is there anyone on this forum who has ever done a scorecast with vc and the only goal of the game was an og? Last night i had Borini 1-0 and Borini 2-0 in the Hearts v Liverpool game £50 on each. The only goal of the game was on OG so i assumed like pretty much every firm on the HS that the bet would revert to correct score 1-0 to Liverpool and i would therefore win some cash. This does not seem to be the case with VC and my bet has been settled as a loser. If the case is that vc have there own set of rules then fair enough but i would like to know if anyone else has experienced this before i look into it more.
