Today on a number of occasions, all tabs which I have open for Betfair will simultaneously crash.  The following message appears from Chrome:

Aw, Snap!

Something went wrong while displaying this web page.  To continue, reload or go to another page.

Any tab that has a non-Betfair page open is not affected.

Has anyone else been experiencing this?  Can anybody please suggest a solution?

site went down thats why

I'm fully aware the site went down, thanks.

I had this problem a few hours before the site went down - I even had a conversation with @betfairsports about it - and is still happening a few hours later.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or whether it's an issue at my end.

I get this sometimes when pages are slow to load

This happens to me very often. I have accepted it as part of "Betfair Experience"

Thanks.  I really hope this won't become an ongoing issue.

I've had a problem with pages taking an age to load at random times but crashing the browser would be intolerable.

SAME HAPPENS TO ME

I dont know if it happens to you, but my problem with chrome and betfair is that MANY TIMES I open the forum, and chrome keeps refreshing every 10 secs or so. It makes it impossible to read the forum on chrome, so I have to log in on internet explorer and no problem.

absolutely no problem with Google Chrome, works fine on betfair, have a regular clean-up delete cookies etc. and regular scan.  I have had that 'Aw Snap !' message a few times on different sites, but usually just try again and it's been ok. For me I would say Google Chrome has been the best one, used Internet Explorer before, that was generally alright.

Might be worth a phone call to the helpdesk and ask them which they recommend as the best browser on here - 0844 871 0000

It's been fine since Sunday.  I wonder if it was linked to their system-wide crash.
