these ****s just tried to charge me 10 quid for a complete account history that involves 1 bet... the audacity! anyone else ever have this problem?

Why do you want a 'complete account history' if it is comprised of just one bet?
Someone in the 188 office is saying "this ****** just tried to request a complete account history for one bet... the audacity! any other bookie ever have this problem? |

i cant remember what the bet was on and i am adding it to my records. the "complete account history" was their words not mine. why would they say any of that
