Dont think its any of betfair business unless you owe them money..... The only issue you would have would be depositing and withdrawing as you have to use a bank account somewhere down the line and i think when bankrupt you have to close all bank accounts or hand them over to the receiver

Betfair wouldn't do anything, however, you can not only face penalties, but you could serve a jail sentence, it is against the law for an undischarged bankrupt to gamble.
It is in the legal documents you receive and believe me, they'll be looking.
