I never had a PP account but this PP pop up just came on my screen and I saw this offer so I thought what the hell I'll waste a tenner and join up. Put £10 on draw on the final and the free £20 on Spain. You don't get the £20 back though so if it's draw I win £32 and if Spain win £22. If Italy win then bye bye PP!
