...to operate a market where there are no rules applied?

ie,if i were to ask to see the rules that were applicable to my bet shouldnt they be obliged to show me the rules?

It was a specials market bet on the dogs,i have asked to see the rules but as yet they havent been able to give them too me.

baldy mate.

it was a prefix to go furthest,im sure i read the rules and it stated should dogs go out at same stage then highest finishing position determines the winner,should positions be same it was fastest calculated time,obviously these rules are nowhere to be seen now and they have applied dead heat rules.
