I think he wants to know how to do it, rather
than you doing it for him.

Looking it up on a table is the way to do it. Or check it in the options and hover over the price on Betfair.

Ah old school timber boards, remember them well :D

Subtract 1 from the decimal odds and form a fraction.
Then simplify if you can.

For example, to convert the decimal odds of 3.80 to Fractional, first 3.80-1=2.80, then forming a fraction gives 280/100, simplifying yields 14/5.

Decimal odds of 1.80 = 1.80-1 to give .80
You then have the fraction 80/100
To simplify a fraction, divide the top and bottom by the highest number that can divide into both numbers exactly.
The highest number that will divide into bot 80 and 100 is 20
So the fraction is 4/5

"Board odds get 'em 'ere"

both came out as "bot", should read both Surprised

Just divide the first figure by the second figure. Then add one.

eg 4/7 ...... Four divided by seven = 0.57
Then add one = 1.57

That's for fraction to decimal, not decimal to fraction.

8/11 is 1.73 rounded
4/6 is 1.67 rounded
4/5 is 1.80 no need for rounding
