While I welcome any promotions in general, do people consider it fair that bookies are also eligible to win these prizes? Racebets is currently in second place and presumably uses Betfair to hedge off its liabilities.
I suppose it's an account holder that pays commission like the rest of us, so should be entitled to enter the promotions. Interested in what others think.

It depends on who the offer is targeting.I think bookies are extremely important for the exchange though, for the simple reason that they pump lots of liquidity into it and tend lose money, probably even before commission, although I can't be sure.
Can you post a little table of how many points the leaderboard top has? I can't see it, as I haven't been targeted for the promo.

In any case, the football season is over, so I'd have no chance.
Just noticed I'm in the revised top 5(won't say which position) with over 40,000 points. Sad thing is I'm not intending to wager enough in coming days, and the only prize worth winning goes to the top three. Shame I won't be able to contend.great prize.
