When i say i want to opt out of beta the damn thing just comes back again next time ,though it says if you opt out its permanent, its crap ..OPT ME OUT

If anyone at Betfair is reading this......
I logged on today and beta was literally unusable ( Firefox Browser ) The lefthand menu had no scroll bar clicked on "Horse Racing Todays Card", no scroll bar logged out Exited and restarted Firefox Logged in again. Clicked on "Horse Racing Todays Card" nothing happened. waited 5 seconds Double Clicked on "Horse Racing Todays Card" NOTHING HAPPENED ho hum, was considering giving up for the day when I noticed the OPT out of BETA option..... I don't wish to shout or rant about it but someone at betfair towers should have a loud word in the ear of some project manager about who is not covering the basics of customer facing technology upgrades. |

This beta is absolute rubbish. For a company who's website is everything its unbelievable. Also since the changes the full site now doesn't work on Android platforms. I fed this back directly to one of the directors. He said thanks we are not planning any work on Android!!! thats like lacrokes saying thanks we are gonna close 300 of our shops!! goodnight!! |

A bit like waking up one day to find you suddenly couldn't get BBc 2 on your Sony freeview box as the BBc engineers had done something completely pointless but also incompatible and after contacting them being told "they're not planning any work for Sony". The cluelessness obviously goes to the highest level? :( |
