I lay £63 on Utd NOT to win and they DONT win, but I lose the £63 but win the £21, leaving me £42 down on a bet I win? Im really confused.

Do I get the stake back? For example, If MU DONT win, do I get the £21 PLUS my £63 - leaving me with £84 in total?
Correct.

You should be on minimum stakes/liability (£2 or less if you can work that out) until you get the business sorted out!
