can anyone help me i have got about £90 in free bets was going to trade them for a 100% win any ideas if there is a site to help many thanks

Target a conversion rate of 90p in the pound or so, to avoid finding y/s having a bet.
There's a site free-easy-money that compares football prices to exchange odds but you would prob. do better to get on a few shorteners on the horses. Pricewise, Pricewise Extra, Hugh Taylor on ATR and a few other tipping services all shorten horses up, and if you're betting 20 pounds or so a go as a new customer, you will be able to get on and trade out.
