Friend Referral Bonus Issue

I referred two friends last week, who both placed their £25 on the AC Milan vs Barcelona market last Wednesday. The bets were both settled and my traffic light system says they have both "reached the bonus" (4th traffic light) but neither myself of either of my friends have received the £25 bonus. I thought it should be paid within 72 hours of the bet being settled?
