estate agent advice

any estate agents on here?

im moving out of my place but credit rating is not great im worried when they do a credit check its gonna come back not to good and will get turned down

my wages are good and i never missed a payment when living with mate but we had a big falling out so moving out and he will not give a reference

any advice would be great

il have the deposit and month up fron and can pay the estate agents fees in one hit are they really fussy when it comes to there credit checks?
