sorry to hear about your dog mate must be hard after 17 years.
to be honest i don't think you can teach people how to bet unless they have a real interest. i find it really difficult to tell people what i do on here and its not rocket science and some of them are even into betting but have no idea which is why i come on the forums to talk to people who understand better. |

Hello there Froggy good to see you back, sorry to hear about your dog. He sounds a bit like Sid James' parrot from that Carry on film.
I would respond as follows: If your family financially depends on you in some way then just take out some kind of life insurance. If your family or whoever were interested in what you do and really wanted to do it, they would have said something whilst you were alive. At the end of the day it's just a skill, not some mystical power. You're just a person that has found a skill of being able to make money by gambling, that's all. The desire to try and educate people after your demise sounds a bit like that person having a bit of an inferiority complex. Finally I would say that if you classify your dog as your best friend and you have a wife, you don't really need to worry about what happens to her after you've gone. I hope she doesn't read your posts otherwise you may be in trouble!!! |

... Alfie? I had a vivid dream about meeting my childhood dog again the other week, woke up, very strange feeling, can't quite put my finger on whether I felt happy or sad
. Alfies also a good name for a dog."The desire to try and educate people after your demise sounds a bit like that person having a bit of an inferiority complex." ??? Strange thing to say. If anyone has put time and effort into any "system" or "approach" that works and is only in their head I can completely understand FAFHs thinking. If you invent anything useful it's not a great feeling to think about it going with you. If it's that good personally I'd write it down, and meantimes say your son gets to a decent age (like 20s when he's got a career and qualifications to fall back on and doesn't see betting as easy career option so studying can **** it) teach him it. |

At one time it was a favourite ploy of useless system peddlers to start their blurb "This method, I can only reveal to a select few, was only revealed at the deathbed of a successful retired bookmaker. He managed to reveal these amazing secrets moments before he died ...
Anyone who loses their job or retires gets the same feeling of loss. You have years of really useful knowledge and skills but no one wants to know. 99% of all human effort, apart from family and pets, is sadly absolutely worthless, but you only realise that when it is too late. |

It may not have been the best term in hindsight. I think the term I was looking for was delusions of grandeur.
