This first occurred when BF changed the way we have to access the forum.
Then, spontaneously it corrected itself!
Today it's back to not displaying balances again!

Clicking on the arrow under "My Account" will show/hide available balance.
Yes I know that, when that item is showing!
What I was trying to say is that none of the area, where that is located, was showing (nothing above the dark grey band which says Betfair Community at the LH side)!
Anyway it's back now but has occurred twice previously!

I think it is connected to cookies. (But I don't know how to rectify it) Sorry for being no help at all.

Well, as I said before, the whole of the header where the account details are went AWOL!
Then it came back.
Yesterday, after a refresh it's gone again, and the same now today!
