my last target was 9400- i got around 6000 or so
so they upped my next target to around 9800
i didnt make either- and during this promo ending today my discount rate has (just!) increased - in line with my trending increased betting volume.
pretty poor promo imo

i had a target of 490 to get a tenner.i beat it a day early,but haven't had anything yet.i think i read that it was to be paid by noon today(monday).

had a chat with betfair community manager over on horse racing.
he stated that in the t&c's it said payment within 72 hours of end of promotion. it was pointed out to him that the reward chest ad stated payment on monday 12th march, he conceded that payments should be made as agreed in that case today at some point. |

101 I didn't know anything about it, then afew days ago it flashed up on my screen saying I had 96 pts and needed to get to 100 in the next 2 days to get a free £10

13555 I needed for £100 hit it with a day to spare and hit the previous one comfortably for £100 as well, can't complain, usually unatainable for me but managed both this time.

I asked and they said that automation of awards has gone awry but they are attempting to get them all done by the end of the day/evening. I got £25 but that may have been put into my account manually.
