Latest horse race file (6-12 Feb) is of type .rar. Anyone know what that's about?

.rar files are compressed files. Need to be uncompressed with some approprite program. If that was what you were wondering?

a rar file is the same as a zip file (ie compressed to save space). You can unzip it using winrar which is free.
