So first off my apologies for cluttering up this space with a inane question but...
As im sure you can see by my "2" posts im new here, as a result of that ive taken advantage of Betfairs £20 refund if your first bet of £20 or more loses...so mine lost (surprise surprise!) and i know they say they endeavor to refund the stake within 48 hours but whats the non-company answer?
In your experience how long does it take this betting super power to refund the stake?

A couple of posts on the forum, several emails and a few phone calls should do it.
Try the Site Feedback forum. There's a "community manager" who seems to be quite good at getting things done, if he's not been fired yet. |
