I took money out of betfair to my card on the 4th it was in my bank by tea time on the 5th, it used to take about 3 days

After many years of talking about it, banks have finally got around to setting up the faster payments system to get rid of the old 3/4 days waiting.

are you all sure?? JonHig this doesnt apply, credit to debit cards vary all over so don't post that but I'm sure a card wthdrawl takes the same time, 3-5 working days.

just to state, Imho, been with betfair since 2006, withdrawls always have taken the same time, maybe like 12 hours faster which seem like a day but it still takes 3 working days+

i withdrew before lunchtime on monday (not that i'm suspicious about these downtimes
 ) and it's not shown up yet, so the op must've been lucky (my bank is on the fast payments network for sure) |
