Beginners luck? :-(

Hi guys,

Ok so downloaded the bet Fred app on Christmas day.

Boxing day in the pub with a few friends had a few festive beers, start playing blackjack, the more the bigger my bets.

So anyway I end up depositing £400. End winning £720.

Decide to walk away. So the 1st in doing I went to withdraw my Funds. Only like an idiot I deposit another £720 so my balance is now £1,440.

So I then this time correctly withdraw £1,440.

E mailed bet Fred yesterday as it had been 5 working days. Got a prompt response saying to check with my bank as it could take up to 10 days .

Inconvenient but fair enough.

Another e mail received from bet Fred late last night explaining that the reason I hadn't received my money is that my account is now being investigated?

Do you guys know why this might have been?

And has it happened to you before?
