Been charged £5 for thursday and £20 for yesterday.
Nothing showing on my account statement. I've been generous in waiting 2 days instead of 10 mins for the statement to update, but still no data charges show on it.
At first I thought money had been taken fraudulently and messed about emailing betfair and changing passwords.
I've emailed asking why my statement doesn't show these charges.
No reply.
What's the normal timeframe for the statement to update?
I'd like to know what they are going to take from my account beforehand. Would be ever so nice of 'em.
