"I am writing to inform you that your account has been suspended under investigation of Premium Charge avoidance.
Your account will remain suspended for a period of at least 8-10 working days whilst we conduct this investigation. As per our standard investigation procedure, all pending account withdrawals have been reversed.
You will be contacted again once the investigation is complete."
I would like to know if somebody received such an email and how much time does it usually take for them to investigate the case? The worst part is I can't bet anymore...
Have you only been here for 5 weeks? Are you guilty, as suspected,or an innocent victim?Tell us your story..... I suggest the clue to your enquiry is in the e-mail you received.

I have only one account. This week I had to pay for the first time premium charge. I wanted to withdraw less than half of my bank and my account was suspended. Half of my bank is more than enough to pay premium charge. Anyone had similar experience?

interesting reading this, maybe you haven't given us the exact full account (?), because to prompt such an early investigation sure betfair have noticed some very irregular procedure (?).
would still be interested to know what the outcome is.....
