what happened to TheManagement username then? paulol From what he tells me - The Management was having a civil discussion on here about the merits (or not!) of the exciting and innovative new "cash out" function. He thought he was discussing it with another customer but it turned out he was having a discussion with the muppet that invented it (another clueless maths graduate with no concept of what the customer wants). Ironically it was The Management that provided the OP with an explanation of how the function worked, whereas the "Sports Product Specialist" ( ) himself was not able to do this. Later that day The Management was vaporised! Clueless is to be expected - but clueless, petty and vindictive is not a pleasant combination. |

I suppose if you have developed a brilliant, exciting and innovative new product (at huge expense) but the vast majority of your customers (that express an opinion on the forum) think it's a piece of cr4p - that would be frustrating.

By counting the numbers of customers who come to complain on the tennis forum when the Cash out is not available on a match or is not working, i would think it's a very popular option for the occasional or unexperimented punters, which are the majority on Betfair

I would imagine he is disillusioned with the hypocrisy of this place - permitting (on a daily basis) racism, sexism, homophobia, religious hatred, slander, libel, spamming, ramping, etc - but unable to cope with a bit of critical banter about their ability to competently manage a business. Very sad, petty and vindictive. |
