From what he tells me - The Management was having a civil discussion on here about the merits (or not!) of the exciting and innovative new "cash out" function. He thought he was discussing it with another customer but it turned out he was having a discussion with the muppet that invented it (another clueless maths graduate with no concept of what the customer wants).

Ironically it was The Management that provided the OP with an explanation of how the function worked, whereas the "Sports Product Specialist" () himself was not able to do this. Later that day The Management was vaporised!

Clueless is to be expected - but clueless, petty and vindictive is not a pleasant combination.

If he was losing the argument against you, which I think was most likely, then what was ever to be gained by  him/her vaporising your chat name ?
